Really good Stay, Location, Spa, and Service

central location waffle station private jacuzzi helpful service

The hotel's location was superb. It was close to the train station and city center. A DIY waffle station was part of a pleasant breakfast offering. The spa area included private jacuzzi baths and both wet and dry saunas. I found the facilities relaxing. Maya, the front desk service person, was helpful and very kind.

The pillows were a little soft.

a pleasant stay with a few small issues

central location alpine style blackout curtains sewage smell room temperature breakfast variety

the location is very central i found it easy to walk to shops and the train station. my room featured nice decor with a theme specific to the area. the blackout curtains were effective in keeping the room dark at night.

the room was too hot and i could not leave windows open due to noise. i found a strong smell of sewage in the room which was unpleasant. breakfast was below my expectations for variety.

warm options spacious room convenient location

The breakfast offered a good variety of warm options , which i found very satisfying. My room had ample space with a large washroom , a great feature. The short walk from the train station was convenient , about five minutes.

The room temperature was a bit high , and opening the windows introduced some noise from outside.

amazing stay!

large room unique room helpful team

i got a really large , unique room. the balcony added so much value to my experience! the breakfast was delicious , i could eat it every day. the entire team was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay , it was like they knew what i needed before i did!

the pillow was a bit too soft , not quite enough support for my preference.

the hotel is steps away from the main street , it offered super easy access to shops and restaurants. transportation options are conveniently close. the train station is also nearby , it simplified my arrival and departure.

the ski room provided convenient storage for my equipment , i could just drop everything and relax after a long day on the slopes. the sauna was a great feature , a perfect way to unwind and soothe my muscles after skiing.
